The World Bank Enterprise Survey (ES) 2026 in Ghana and Sierra Leone is a survey of private sector establishments and measures the characteristics of firms and their experiences in the business environment.The firm-level survey will consist of the global ES module (www.enterprisesurveys.org); with specific questions for measuring the business enabling environment. The expected sample size is a total of 750 completed interviews across the 2 countries; divided as such: 600 completed interviews in Ghana and 150 completed interviews in Sierra Leone.The World Bank Group invites eligible firms to express their interest in providing these services. Interested firms must supply information demonstrating their qualifications to perform the services; including descriptions of similar assignments; experience in comparable conditions; and the availability of appropriate skills among staff. Attachments are not permitted. Firms may associate to enhance their qualifications unless otherwise stated in the solicitation documents. When firms form a group to submit an EOI; they must specify the lead firm. If shortlisted; the lead firm identified in the EOI will be invited to participate in the request for proposal (RFP) phase.IMPORTANT: Please use the designated fields for the expression of interest. EOIs should be approximately 1 to 3 pages in length. The World Bank will not open or consider any attachments. All information must be provided in the main body of the EOI on the platform.

The World Bank Group reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000. Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
